John Rodes thirteen years old, this fifth of December next Elizabeth Rodes,
by the Court to be six years old son & daughter of Hannah Rodes who being
their mother, dyed leaving them ward of the children on her death left
to Tho. Evererad what little goods or lumber she had to his care of the family...
[A name Por???] and Mathew Garwal? It's ordered the said children according to their
said Mothers [desires?] Ca? hath bound? represented? to this? Court, [for???\]
the said Thomas Everard the boy untill [eighteen?] and the girls until
fifteen years of age the said Everard [find?ing] [His????] [this?]

[Appro....?] and afford that his family Everard and Garrott? take this
said Goods and [L...] [????] their possession and returned? an Appraisal?
thereof this next Court.
