The de Rodès Coat of Arms as depicted above originally was hand drawn by André Roux in water color in the 1950's, and reconstituted to make up for fading paint colors - "De gueules au léopard lionné d'or" [scroll 14]

The de RODES.ZIP file contains two files in ASCII format (stripped). The first is Rodès.anc - a twelve-generation ancestry file for Béatrix, Dame de Rodès who, in 1295, married Bernard III, Seigneur de La Tour [~241 kb]. The other file, Rodès.des is a ten-generation descendancy series originating with Richard I, Seigneur de Rodès who, circa 980 married Sénégonde, Dame de Béziers . [posted 16-June-1998]
